Why use the AANZ as Adjudicators?

AANZ registered adjudicators have specialist expertise relating to  dispute resolution under the Construction Contracts Act 2002, together with  many years of service in the construction industry covering architecture, building surveying, engineering (civil, structural, electrical, etc.) and quantity surveying.  We understand construction and contractual issues.

AANZ is an Authorised Nominating Authority (ANA) under the Act and can nominate adjudicators if the parties cannot agree on an adjudicator or a charging order is sought when there is not agreement by one party for the adjudication process to be invoked.

Using AANZ Adjudicators can short-circuit often lengthy and costly legal options that can negatively impact working relationships and cause extensive project delays.

AANZ members can adjudicate on all types of Construction disputes including:

1.    Payment disputes

2.    Construction Quality

3.    Timing issues

Whatever the problem, the Adjudicators Association of New Zealand delivers a cost effective dispute resolution service to the construction industry (and their clients). We are dedicated to providing natural justice and a fair assessment of a dispute for all parties
